Symptoms

Hi,
In the LOVs, the Order for the REASON_CODE type is populated, 1-13. But when the not ready reason code box pops open, the codes are displayed in alpha order. How do I apply the order specified in the LOVs? Our go live date is next week so a quick response would be greatly appreciated.
