Problems with SIS OM PMT Service (Doc ID 513838.1)

A workflow process was created to modify an Asset, using the business service 'SIS OM PMT Service'.

Then a "Delta Sales Order" was created and the Synchronize method was used to synchronize.

The result was an order with the correct Asset and Order Items, but with one undesirable item. This happened independently on the modified asset.

After the synchronization,  one more root product displays.

The Synchronize method of the 'SIS OM Product Manipulation Toolkit Service' business service was used in a customized workflow process. This custom workflow process was based on the standard "Edit a Delta" scenario. At the end, after the Sync, it was noticed that one particular extra product was always being added into the Order.
