We are currently resolving a problem with processing of the Web-initiated Service Requests generated by our company website (bpiexpressonline.com) which are routinely passed to Siebel. When the transactions get passed to Siebel, the resulting queries return millions of records (only 1 record/client is expected). This is causing our database to hang, unless we shut down our website.
