How to set a daily maximum SRs assigned regardless of the existing open service requests assigned (Doc ID 516549.1)

Goal

We would like to limit the number of service requests assigned to one Technical Analyst using Assignment Manager.

We would like to set a daily maximum regardless of the existing open service requests assigned to each technical Analyst.

Can you indicate the suggested workload conditions setup using a date function, keeping in mind that the comparison field is UTC enabled?
