Symptoms
Issue related to "Release" button of Assignment Manager Screen:
New Partner Organizations created in Siebel via nightly feed from the data warehouse after which batch assignment running on the various entities such as Account,Contact, Promotion etc which should also consider these new Organizations for assignment purpose.
Unless we hit the “Release” button the cache file is not refreshed for these New Organizations to be considered as Candidates for the rules. This is also for rules where we have used "All Organizations". Since this is daily job it is not possible for someone to manually hit Release button everyday after the feed.
Is there any workaround suggested for this?
Invoked Scheduled WF that would invoke the method behind this Release button through script. But we get the error:
"SBL_DAT_00322-The Specialized method 'ShowPopup' is not supported on Business Component 'Assignment Group'..."
