we are migrating from Siebel 5.6 to Siebel 7.7. The migration process is going fine, but we identified an issue we have to correct before the roll out.
Is there any way for us to define some default user preferences for all our users or part of them? For instance we have US users and French users, and would like to set the locale report parameters according to where they belong. We don't want each of them to go and set it manually.
We already checked supportweb for ways of doing so: like sr 38-1246398041, and would like to know if we missed anything that could help us in achieving this functionality.
