Siebel CTI Toolbar freeze using Cisco Load Balancer for Siebel Web Servers

We are having some issues in production.
We are experiencing an intermittent failure of CTI screen pop capabilities. We are running Siebel 7.5.3 on AIX. We are also running Cisco ICM 4.6.2 with CTI/OS on Windows. The Siebel Comm. Server is Windows. We have several load balancing and fault tolerant components.
