Symptoms
Question relates to the 'change multiple records' capability under Activities.
We were looking to incorporate additional fields in the current list but have been unable to locate how we would go about it - in both Tools and Bookshelf.
At this stage we are looking at incorporating the 'Assigned To' field in the list - is this possible?
Along with an answer to this question can you please advise
a) is it possible to add additional fields to those already existing,
b) what type of fields (if any) can be added
c) where can we locate the information that will answer these queries in bookshelf.
