Error SBL-DAT-00494 when creating a new Loyalty Member

User is trying add members in the Loyalty Members screen and pressing Ctrl+S to save the record I get an error
"The selected record has been deleted by another user since it was retrieved. Please continue(SBL-DAT-00494)".
In Loyalty Program Administration -- Members View and able to see the member added.
Click on the member name hyperlink to go back again to the Loyalty Members screen following error
"An error has occurred finding your prior place in the system.The record no longer exists or is not available to the view."
