Follow the below steps:
1. Query on Accounts using City as "Anywhere's"
2. Export the result set with All Rows selected
3. "An error has occurred finding your prior place in the system. Please try a new query.(SBL-DAT-00252)" is observed.
However the export successfully works for
"Anywhere's Corp" or
"The Anywhere's" or
It will also work if Only Current Row is selected in the export dialog.
There are some custom scripts written on Pre-Query and Query events of Account BC. If we comment these scripts, the above problem could not be replicated. The above scripts help to force case-sensitive queries on Account name (and has been implemented after discussion with Siebel), thus improving performance for Local users, who use a case insensitive application.
