Customer has a requirement to send an email notification whenever the Opportunity Primary sales Rep position IS UPDATED.
To achieve this, Workflow Policy conditions are defined as follows:
Opportunity LN Assigned Date IS NOT NULL
Opportunity Primary Sales Rep Position IS UPDATED.
When these two conditions are met, it should call a Workflow Process that would send an email to certain users.
Issue: The users are getting the same email multiple times for the same user. There is no specific amount of emails sent: user may get 2, may get 8, may get 30.,etc
Customer expected that for each processed record in S_ESCL_REQ table, there should be a corresponding S_ESCL_LOG record.
However, only one record in S_ESCL_LOG table was located. Activity records are created for each email the Workflow sends.
