How to Use Multiple Aspect BC User Properties? (Doc ID 520002.1)

Need to configure some applets to be read-only and no insert for some users. Defined a profile and a flag based on it which is true when the applet must be read-only. Added 2 user prop at the BC level (Aspect Read Only and Aspect No Insert).

But not able to make them working at the same time. If one is applied, the other one is not. Why?
