Symptoms
Hi,
We have requirement to send email to the From Manager and To Manager associated with the Service request. To accomplish this
I created 2 new user properties
User Property : Recipient Id Field 4
Value : From Rep Manager ID,Contact,Service Request From Manager,Id
User Property : Recipient Id Field 5
Value : Transfer to Sales Rep Manager Emp Id,Contact,Service Request To Manager,Id
The Recipient Pick applet shows these fields and the default email template is invoked with the contents
This issue is the emai ld is not pre-populated.
I'm enclosing a snapshot of the same..for your reference I'm also enclosing the SIF File for the SR BC and Applets.
