Goal

In order for iHelp to work in our environment we need to assign the following views to our responsibilities:

1) Task Definition Admin Access Group View
2) Repository Help Id List View
3) Task Assistant Player View
4) Task Map View

Clicking on the iHelp icon will not result in the iHelp being displayed if any of the above views are missing from the responsibilities. Adding Task Definition Admin Access Group View as a responsibility results in the view being accessible via the Site Map. This view would be needed for administrators, but should not be seen by regular agents. Is there a possible work around so that this view is not displayed in the site map for normal users?

Also, I have searched through bookshelf and on Support Web and there seems to be a lack of documentation on the views that are required for iHelp to work effectively. Is there some documentation that lists the views that need to be added to responsibilities? Is the list above conclusive?
