Customer is currently running their development environment in a case-sensitive (CS) database and then move the build to other environments (test, stage, production), all of which have case-insensitive (CI) database. They are on MS SQL Server 2005 database.
Customer wanted to know the queries to the following questions
1. Does Siebel require or recommend doing development in a CS database?
2. If not, is there any performance gain when doing development in a CS database as compared to CI database?
3. Anything else that needs to be considered?
