S_SRM_REQUEST NOT cleaned up

We have an issue with S_SRM_REQUEST table. There are 5 million records residing on that and never was cleaned up. That’s because the server table clean up component was not enabled. This is causing some performance issues. We would now want to cleanup this table with our DBA help. Can you please let us know the process for doing this?
