Siebel Support,

We are seeing some inconsistent behavior of our Workflow Process Manager Server Tasks. In the application we have a button that invokes a Workflow through eScript which calls the Business Service that creates the Invoice. In most cases the Workflow Process Manager task will complete fully and the workflow is carried out, but in some cases the Workflow Process Manager task will error and subsequently exit out.

The logging on the Workflow Process Manager Component Event Configuration is as follows:
SQL Tracing – 4
Object Manager Log – 4
Object Manager Session Information – 4
Object Manager SQL Log – 4
Workflow Definition Loading – 4
Workflow Engine Invoked – 4
Workflow Process Execution – 4
Workflow Step Execution – 4

I have attached the error log for the Workflow Process Manager tasks that exited and one that completed succesfully. We have looked through the log and are not able to determine the issue. This is an important issue due to the fact that it is occurring in our Production environment when users attempt to generate invoices.
