Copy an existing LOV record and change the display name. Attempt to save the new record and get error:
"The same values for 'Type, Value, Language, Sub Type' already exist."
Check your Siebel server object manager log file you should find a "DBC" error like this to tell you exactly which user key is being violated, i.e.:
DBCLog DBCLogError [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'S_LST_OF_VAL' with unique index 'S_LST_OF_VAL_U2'.
