Goal

We try to develop a solution which allow automatic file uploading. We have got firewall between End Users and Siebel Web server and between Siebel Web server and Application server (Siebel Server)

We are able to upload file through HTTP protocol, from thin client to Web server (we use Windows ActiveX and vbscript). We have firewall between Siebel Server and Web server and Siebel server cannot access to folder on Web server. How we can import file between client user and Siebel server if transfer is possible through HTTP on Web Server?

It seems that for using method GetFile and CreateFile, file must be accessible by Siebel Server. Is there any way to upload file from Web server to Siebel server?

I think Siebel use solution for file uploading, is the method contained within SiebelHtml.cab or Siebel7OptionPack. How we can call those methods through escript or vbscript?
