CTI Functionallity - Communications Toolbar Does Not Display with Field Service Barcode Enabled (Doc ID 524732.1)

Symptoms

We installed Avaya IC driver and imported the DEF file. We enabled communications for eCommunicationsObjMgr_esn, and we activated the server component CommSessionMgr. We also associated the user ATEST to the communications configuration and the teleset. However, the Java communications toolbar did not display when we log in as TEST . From the log files, it appears that ObjMgr correctly found  TEST as a CTI user, but CommSessionMgr is never invoked to load the Java toolbar.

We tested with Microsoft JVM and SUN JRE and the results are the same -- the communications Java applet is not loaded and the communications toolbar is not displayed.

Attached are the log files from ObjMgr and SComm.log.
