Information in this document applies to any platform.
Previously in 7.8.x it was possible to use a case insensitive search in the application by setting the parameter 'CaseInsensitive=True' in the application configuration file (e.g. fins.cfg for Financial Services), however in 8.x this no longer works. Also, it is no longer possible to set field specific case insensitivity using the property 'Use Default Sensitivity'. Why is this?
