Goal
The following can be defined in the user preferences:
(A) The default view displayed on entering the Siebel Application in User Preferences > Behavior, field 'Startup View'.
(B) The default view displayed for each screen in User Preferences > Tab Layout > View Tab Layout.

Can these be defined dynamically for all users through scripting?
