Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)
We are facing an issue while configuring the iHelp in Sandbox environment [7.8 Fins which is the upgraded version]
The issue is in the Administration - iHelp >> Designer View.Steps to re-produce the issue :
1.Create a new iHelp record and save the record
2.Drag and drop the Start step followed by Step into the designer applet
3.Highlight the Step
4.In the Activate iHelp Applet (at the bottom of the view), pop-open the 'View' field.
The pick applet opens with no records in it.This is the issue as we can't associate any views to the iHelp records
We couldn't re-create this with Vanilla SRF.But with Vanilla SRF only the Vanilla views appears in the pick applet.That means it is reading from the SRF file and not from the Database.
We also tried the steps mentioned in the SR 38-1532508375.But this has not helped.
Kindly note that we are using the 'Generic WEB' menu item for our Application [Siebel Financial Services]
