Symptoms

We have created a workflow that uses eScript to invoke the "Outbound Communications Manager" Business Service method "Send Message". The workflow uses this method to forward an inbound email to a recipient. Before the workflow is invoked, the "Comments" field of the inbound email and the email attachment are modified to remove unwanted characters from the email body. When a normal email is forwarded, we see the cleaned email body forwarded to the recipient. However, when a long email is forwarded, the email message is not cleaned of unwanted characters. I would appreciate any help you can provide us in identifying a solution on how to forward the email body we are expecting.
