Customer reported the following:

We want to know if Accent Insensitivity works for Oracle database since we have not been able to make it work with the CIAI wizard (case insensitivity works just fine). 

Please confirm if that works for you and if so help the customer understand what they did wrong.

Or get a clear answer why the accent insensitivity is not working and, if this is by design, log an Enhancement Request.
