Order Management Cache is not refreshed in all Object Managers for Different Languages (Doc ID 529219.1)

Symptoms

Environment has four servers running with five object managers for different languages on each server.

Clearing the whole order management by raising a signal which calls the "Refresh Cache" method of the "Row Set Transformation Toolkit" Business Service.

The result is that the cache is cleared on all servers in the language currently logged into. However, that means clearing the cache on the ENU OM does not clear the cache on the DEU OM.
