Customer have upgraded from Siebel 6.3 to 184.108.40.206.
Performing query on "Order #" with applet search specification "[Order Type] = LookupValue ('FS_ORDER_TYPE', 'Sales Order') OR [Order Type] = LookupValue ('FS_ORDER_TYPE', 'eSales Order')" takes 11 minutes for execution.
But when query on other fields(other than Order #) with same applet search specification execution time is less than 2 seconds.
If search specification on Applets is removed, query on Order # execution time is 5 seconds.
For better understanding, two log files have been attached.
1) Query on Order # with search spec - "with search spec - 5.344 seconds.txt"
2) Query on Order # without search spec - "without search spec - 658.814 seconds.txt"
Bus Comp - "Order Entry - Orders"
Applets - "Order Entry - Order List Applet (Sales)", "Order Entry - Order Form Applet - Entry (Sales)"
How to improve performance for execution of query on order # with applet search spec?
