Symptoms

Users have reported a situation in our production environment where their Siebel Thin Client closes suddenly without any warning or error message. We have done some investigation and found that they have the Google Toolbar installed on their machines and Sun Java Runtime version 1.4.2.3. Also I am including an eComm log that was captured for one of the users after this crash happened. All these users are using Siebel CTI using Genesys 7.1 Addapter. Any suggestions on what is causing this behaviour?
