Symptoms
Customer is connected to application in dedicated client (srf in local and db in server) but cannot reach a tab under Administration Product > Product Definitions > Then select a Product Workspace > Constraints.
If they try to open the tab the following message is popped up:
"Cannot load rule function table. Plese check if file system directory for cache file is valid or not. Please contact your system administrator.(SBL-CFG-00183)"
--> Attachments are working correctly and are handled via File System Manager component (*FSM*). However the above error message pops up if the user tries to open the Contrain tab in a product definition.
Changes
The issue has been reproduced internally with the following configuration in the CFG file for the dedicated client:
