Our user community like Smartscript's 'Finish Later' feature and want to leverage it. The way the smartscripts are defined, none of the questions have the following set - Save BO, Save BC and Save Field. Instead we pass parameters as profile attributes. One of the parameters we pass as profile attribute is the row id of the Product Issue record and we lose this value if the user logs out of the application or invokes smartscript for another record.
One way we attempted to overcome this is to populate the Product Issue Row Id in the 'Call Script Runs' BC. We used the 'TARGET_ROW_ID' column to store this value. We set this value during the PreWriteRecord event of the 'Call Script Runs' BC. Now, when the user resumes the smartscript, how do we access this record i.e. the current BC that hosts all the questions is the 'Smart Script Player' BC and this does not have the information we need. Is there a way to determine which smartscript record was resumed?
