Symptoms

A customer’s base language was ENU and the DEU and SVE language packs had been installed.
The customer was using the EAI Siebel Adapter to upsert accounts.
The user property AllLangIndependentVals was set to “Y” for the integration object and the incoming SiebelMessage instance included language independent codes (LIC).
When the workflow was executed in the Simulator in the ENU Tools the EAI Siebel Adapter failed with the following error:
