Symptoms

Hi,

We have recently applied 7.5.3.11 patch on our Dev,Acceptance and learning environments.
And after this, we are facing the following issue:

There is a screen called 'Gen Corp Promotions', where we create the corporate promotions.
On this Screen, when adding promoted products for a
promotion, we have a button called 'Add Products' which does the following functionality:
On click of this button, it takes the user to another view where there are two applets. On the
top applet it shows all the parent product and on the bottom applet it shows the child products of
the product which is on the top applet. Here the user can add the required products to the
promotion.

All this functionlity is based on Virtual Business Components and Business Services, because
while showing promoted products we have to show only funded products and their child
products.

This functionality was working fine on Production and QA2 which is of version 7.5.3, though
there is little performance issue because of amount of data it has to process.

And there is no change in the functionality on this button. Now after applying 7.5.3.11 patch,
in some cases when we click on this button 'Add Products', the application gets hanged and
after sometime, the Object Manager is getting crashed.

We tried it on Acceptance and Learning environments(which are of 7.5.3.11 version) and facing
the same issue that the object manager is getting crashed..
However, this issue is not there on PROD and QA2 which are of 7.5.3 version.

Could you please help us in resolving this and let us know if there this is issue with 7.5.3.11
patch.
