Goal

How to generate an Export List Format (Campaign-Execute-List Distribution) during Campaign Launch for each Treatment defined in the Campaign?

Example:

A Campaign is created with 1 offer and 2 treatments (phone and email) to be fulfilled externally. 

A segment X (eg. 20 people) allocated to the offer-phone treatment and Segment Y to offer-email treatment (eg 100 people). 

In order to produce 2 output files (1file with 20 records, the other with 100 records) there should be 2 records created in  Campaign-Execute-List Distribution specifying the 2 vendors with their specific list export format.

(Note: The Offer field (i.e. the association applet when clicked) on the Campaign List Distribution List Applet it is empty as it is being filtered to show only Email Treatments.)
