In some SComm_<USERNAME>.log files is shown an error like:
DEBUG:Failed on invoking InitConfig in Comm. Server Svc., err=?, msg=Kommunikation: Der Benutzer ist keiner Kommunikationskonfiguration in der Datenbank zugeordnet.(SBL-CSR-00418), input=
The message in English is "SBL-CSR-00418 Communication: User is not associated with any communication configuration in the database."
How can we avoid the SComm.log and the error message been generated for NO Siebel CTI users?
