Symptoms

Hi,

I have a question about the Message broadcast behavior.

By default the update interval is set to 120 seconds for all the users. The MessageBrdCast flag is set to "User Enabled" - so the end users could control the behavior.

I would like to change the default 120 seconds to be something greater than that for e.g. 3600.

The way I could see that could done is to make the Message Broadcast Flag in the OM to be True and the update interval in the OM to be 3600 seconds. But that takes away the user's ability to disable the Broadcast bar if they desire to.

How could we achieve this:
- Need to set the Message Broadcast Flag to be "User Enabled"
- also change the default Update Interval for all users to be 3600 seconds
