Symptoms

Hi,

We are experiencing a slow performance issue when we try to export data from the list applets.
    
       Earlier we had earlier raised an SR for similar issue in Opportunity List applet and the solution that was given was quite helpful. But the fact is this issue is not confined to only opportunities screen as we face the slow response in export in other screens like Activities, Customers as well. So it may not be only a configuration issue.

        While comparing the data export performance in our Production Support Envt & Production Envt, we observe that the export with a similar number of records from our production support Envt is fast and I am able to export 30,000 Opportunities in 6-7 minutes. I know that we cannot expect similar performance in Production Envt because there can be around 1500 users logged in during peak time, but even during evening hours the performance is not very good. So there may be some environmental parameters that we may need to tune. Can you pls let us know about this?
