Siebel ABS Fails With Error "There were more rows than could be returned. Please refine your query to bring back fewer rows" (Doc ID 537364.1)

Symptoms

On Siebel recommendation, we had made an alternate Data Source for our Appointment Booking Engin component, and for that Data Source made the DSMaxFetchArraySize parameter to -1.
In the Appointment Booking Engine Component Parameters we have defined the Application DataSource to ServerDataSrcABS, which is the alternate Data Source having the DSMaxFetchArraySize parameter set to -1.

This should ensure that whenever the enivronment is recycler or ABS is reloaded, then we should not face a problem if the number of Activities in a service region returned are more than 10,000.

Now, we are facing a problem when the environment is recycled or the ABS is reloaded. In the log file we found that the error that its saying :
