After completing an installation of Siebel 8.0 using Oracle 10g database the customer was unable to launch the CallCenter application.
The object manager log file shows the following errors:
ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000000745ff3358:0 2007-03-20 14:12:04 (oracon.cpp (3165)) SBL-DBC-00107: An Oracle database error has occurred.
Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
GenericLog GenericError 1 0000000745ff3358:0 2007-03-20 14:12:04 (secmgr.cpp (2483) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: An Oracle database error has occurred.

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
When connect with swse to callcenter_enu get follow error:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[14:51:12]
But statistic page is correctly presented.
If I check in srvrmgr SCCObjMgr_enu work fine.
list comp SCCObjMgr_enu show CC_ALIAS, CP_DISP_RUN_STATE
