We have a Web Page which sends data to Siebel using Siebel Java Data Beans. The Opportunity is created in the Siebel Application using this Data. By default we are using a user "BADMIN" for logging in to Siebel using Data Beans. So the Opportunity Created has a Primary "BADMIN".

We need to change the Primary of the Opportunity to the Appropriate Sales Rep based on Some Lead Region criteria. The Sales Rep is assigned to the Opportunity by Assignment.

I have looked at the following public articles on Oracle Support Portal:

Changing the Primary Within a MVG Applet Based on Positions (<Document 475940.1>)
How Can You Set a Multi-value Group Record as Primary Through Siebel VB or eScript? (<Document 476160.1>)

I have read about the User Property MVG Set Primary Restricted - but did not want to use it since it gives access to all the Sales Reps to change the Primary and also we want this to be done automatically.
