A Workflow performs Send/Recieve on the EAI HTTP Transport to an external TIBCO server.  When simulated, the following is reported :-


Intermitently, the workflow goes through fine a response is received.  But subsequent attempts fail at the HTTP component with the above mentioned error.  Further, after re-starting the Siebel Services, and running the Workflow Process through the Simulator in the Siebel web client, the first Send Receive would always be sucessful. But the second, and all subsequent requests would receive this error.
