Customer reported the following:

We have recently made a change to our eapps.cfg file that enabled "cookie-less" or URL-based sessiontracking. Specifically, we added the following parameter in the [Default] section of the eapps.cfg file:


When we launch the Siebel application, we are able to verify that the _sn parameter is passed as part of the URL string. This is expected behavior. However, when we navigate to our Account Screen we see a "Page Not Found" error. Within a couple of seconds, a second request is sent automatically and the the user is re-directed to the accounts screen and everything is displayed correctly. The error does not seem to occur again even when navigating from view to view.

Please advise us on how to address this problem.
