When bringing up the "Sync Client Status View" we get the following error:
The number '3066912259' resulted in a numeric overflow. Valid values are between
2147483647' and '2147483648'.
We've isolated the error to only one mobile client record whereby if we step onto the record we get the error, if we step onto any other mobile client record we don't get the error. We've tried clearing this by downloading a new local database that we cut last Friday and then performing a manual sync after the database fully initialized. This has not cleared the error but it appears that the user is able to sync.
Searches on support web did not provide any insight into this error relative to Siebel Remote. However, there were a couple of SR's in other areas. We're scheduled to go-live with Siebel 22.214.171.124 this next Friday and need to clear this error before then.
