SBL-CSP-00230

Hallo,
A smart script creates a record in Service Request BC, with the possibility to add an attachment.

If the attachment applet was shown on last page, and user did not choose an attachment, then the error resulted but the record in Service Request BC was created successfully.
As a workaround, one page was added with the question "Do you want to add an attachment?".

When user ticks "Yes" to add attachment, then presses <Next>, then changes their mind and presses <Previous>, unticks the Radio Button, followed by <Next> and <Finish>. then the attached error is again displayed.
