Goal

In 7.7,

1.  In the existing Campaign Approval process, popup applet appears to select an employee to approve. But our requirement is to select a group of employees for approving the campaign. How can we achieve this?

2.  In Siebel Book Shelf under Siebel Marketing Installation and Administration Guide there is a table as “Business Component with Approval Process” which doesn’t include other entities like Solutions, Programs and Sales Cycle entity.

Is it possible to configure other entities to use Universal Inbox approval process?

The requirement we are looking at,  is to have multiple approvers to approve (Campaign, Service Request, Solutions, Programs, Sales Cycle and Offers) and when all the approvers change the status to approve, Campaign (or other entity) Approval status should change to “Approved”.

How to achieve this using Universal Inbox?
