Symptoms

the following behavior was investigated on this SR:

Test # 1 -- Enable fuzzy query and ensure it works for accounts at the object manager e.g: call center object manager.
have 2 records with names "Symphony" and "symphony" -- first upper and first lower respectively.
Query for Symphony (first upper) and ensure 2 records are returned.
Once you know fuzzy query works, proceed to test # 2.

Test #2)Site Map -> administration - Business service -> Simulator EAI Siebel Adapter, Query
Inputs :
OutputIntObjectName : EAI Account
SearchSpec : [Account.Name]='Symphony'
Result : only ONE RECORD.
Fuzzy was never called even though EAI Siebel Adapter was run in the same Object Manager as in Test #1 ,under the same user, all same settings.
