I'm having a problem testing out the scenario. Here is what I have done so far:

(1) I created a new Call Center Object SCCObjMgr_ENG.

(2) Modified the EAPPS.CFG file by copying the existing section for [/callcenter_test] to [/callcenter_test_uk].

(3) I stopped/restarted IIS on the Webserver and stopped/restarted the Siebel Service on the Application Server.

I'm receiving an error when I type in the URL

"The page cannot be found."
