Payment information is taken over the phone and process it both real-time and in batches (batches being composed of both one-time and recurring transactions).
There is a lack of detailed information about CyberSource integration in Siebel's documentation--the only references I could find were in the eSales documentation. And CyberSource isn't being very helpful with technical details.
1. Does Siebel's out-of-the-box (OTB) CyberSource integration support both internal and customer-facing billing? If not, how can this be supported?
2. Can Siebel's OTB CyberSource integration be expanded to support ACH processing (in addition to CC processing)? If not, how can this be supported?
3. Can Siebel's OTB CyberSource integration support multiple merchant accounts? If not, how can this be supported?
4. Does Siebel's OTB CyberSource integration require purchase of any additional software from CyberSource? Or, is this software provided free of charge?
