Making State Model States Invisible Based on Expression (Doc ID 542127.1)

The goal is to make a state transition non-public (not visible) based on whether the Expression returns true.

The expression compares values A and B. If A is greater than B, then the state transition To State is not to be visible in the picklist. It currently works by not allowing the transition; however, if the user tries to click on that transition, they receive an unfriendly error.
