A customer is trying to get the Product Recommendations (UpSell & Cross-Sell) functionality working for the eSales portal applications.
They set up the product recommendations functionality in the eCommunications Call center application according to Bookshelf. "Siebel Order Management Infrastructure Guide" and section "Configuring the Display of Messages" to display the recommendation messages in the eSales applications.
When they open the eSales application and add a product (which has product recommendation messages defined) to the shopping cart, the messages display correctly. But when click on "Accept" Button they get the following error in the eSales application
"We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
The line item frame has not been specified. Please check the business service configuration.(SBL-ISS-00672)"
They do not get the error if they accept the product recommendation messages while in eCommunications Call Center application.
