SADMIN cannot log in after installing reports

When we try to log into the dedicated client installed on the development server machine on which all the servers including the actuate server access component are installed.We get the Error message :"We are unable to process your request. This is most likely because you used the browser BACK or REFRESH button to get to this point".This happens only we login as SADMIN .We are able to login using this client as any other valid User without any problem.
We are also able to login as SADMIN to the same environment from a different machine without any problem.This problem has started occuring on the Development server machine ever since when we installed the JDK,Actuate eReporting Server,Actuate management console,Actuate Active portal and the Actuate Report Server Access as detailed in the Reports Administration Guide..Would you please let us know why this is happening on the client installed on the server machine.
Note that we are able to view the reports both from the Dedicated and the Web clients.
